Ran sema for 2 months at 0.250mcg twice a week (Sundays and Wednesdays), dropped 3% body fat and actually gained some muscle on just a 200 calorie deficit — went from 228 down to 218. Almost done with my 2 months on reta at 1mg EOD and honestly it's been a completely different story, zero results and I'm hungry constantly, like genuinely starving the whole time. Same deficit, same foods, totally different experience.

Comparing 2mg Retatrutide vs 2mg Semaglutide — Which Comes Out Ahead? -
What's actually the best solution to use when reconstituting peptides?I've noticed a ton of posts floating around covering the reconstitution process, but honestly a lot of them read like they were written by a bot — and when I run them through detectors, most flag as AI-generated. That makes it hard to trust the information, so I'd rather just ask real people who've actually done this.
The part I want to get straight is which liquid to use for reconstituting. From what I've gathered, there are several options people mention: bacteriostatic water, deionized water, sterile water, saline solution, and distilled water. I've even come across a few people claiming they use tap water, which honestly sounds like a guaranteed way to end up with an infection — I can't imagine that's a legitimate recommendation.
So what do you all actually use? Is there one option that's clearly better than the rest, or are several of these considered equally safe and effective? Just looking for real-world input from people who've been through the process firsthand.
