Here's a link that covers BAC water stability pretty well: https://www.peprecon.com/research/bac-water-stability/ From my own experience I've used 90 day old BAC water plenty of times without any issues, so you should be totally fine at that 90-120 day range.

Had the same issue — I'd heard people talking about injecting BPC/TB-500 directly into the problem area or even "in the knee," so I tried the back of my thigh and still got a little itchy spot. Switched to the belly and it was totally fine. Since I'm new to this I was also wondering what injecting "in the knee" actually means in practice, though I did read that since peptides are systemic it doesn't really matter where you inject and fatty areas like the belly work just as well.

Honestly the cheap AliExpress pens were always way off on dosing for me and just felt like garbage overall. I ended up grabbing 3 HumaPen Savvios and the difference in accuracy and build quality is massive — totally worth the extra cost in my opinion.

Personally I only use Hospira BAC water since it's hospital grade — probably an unpopular opinion but I don't trust vendor BAC enough to risk it given what I've invested in the peptides themselves. For tirzepatide specifically I actually use Hospira's NaCl BAC, which is cheaper and easier to find, though from what I've heard it can damage reta and a lot of other peptides so I stick to tirz only with that. Sterile water works fine if you're doing a single-use vial where the whole thing gets used at once, and whatever you do, don't rely on AI for guidance on this stuff.

Honestly, if you're having to stack a bunch of antihistamines and jump through all these hoops just to tolerate a peptide, it's probably not worth it. Outside of the GLPs, nothing in this space is so transformative that it makes sense to put your body through that.

A 10mg CJC/Ipa blend is typically 5mg of each, so your math checks out — 3mL of BAC water gives you 1.67mg/mL per peptide, and 12 units on the syringe lands you right at 200mcg of each. When calculating blends like this, just use the mg amount for one peptide (5mg in this case) since they're equal. Honestly, I'd recommend running the numbers yourself a few times for other doses like 100mcg and 250mcg, then cross-checking against a peptide calculator until your math consistently matches — that way you'll never second-guess your doses.
