My experience with reta
-
I'm taking 2mg per week and have dropped 9lbs over the past two weeks, which is a big deal for me—I went from 238 to 229, and I haven't seen the 220s in about two years. Since I'm not having any side effects, I'd started to worry the medication wasn't doing anything. The main thing I notice is mild appetite suppression, mostly showing up as a reduced desire for sweets. I could still put away a whole rack of ribs if I wanted to. I even had a couple of days where I overate during the NBA playoffs, and the weight kept coming off anyway. At this point I'm not sure I even want stronger appetite suppression, as long as it keeps me away from desserts and my kids' gummy snacks. I'm still able to hit my protein goals without trouble. I'm honestly amazed.

Nine pounds in two weeks with zero GI drama is a genuinely clean start. Ssince you're still eating fairly freely on big food days, make sure your reconstituted vial is stored consistently cold and away from light, because degraded peptide can sometimes look like "working but barely" when really potency has slipped.

That 9lbs with minimal side effects and no GI issues is honestly a solid early response to reta
