Since I'm not having any side effects, I'd started to worry the medication wasn't doing anything. The main thing I notice is mild appetite suppression, mostly showing up as a reduced desire for sweets. I could still put away a whole rack of ribs if I wanted to. I even had a couple of days where I overate during the NBA playoffs, and the weight kept coming off anyway. At this point I'm not sure I even want stronger appetite suppression, as long as it keeps me away from desserts and my kids' gummy snacks. I'm still able to hit my protein goals without trouble. I'm honestly amazed.

Ssince you're still eating fairly freely on big food days, make sure your reconstituted vial is stored consistently cold and away from light, because degraded peptide can sometimes look like "working but barely" when really potency has slipped.
