Do you actually filter your peptides? Is it worth the effort?

The deeper I get into the peptide rabbit hole, the more I find myself wanting to learn about every aspect of the process. Lately I've been coming across a lot of talk about filtering reconstituted peptides before use, and I'm genuinely curious how many of you actually do it. For those who do — what made you start, and have you noticed any real difference? And for anyone who's been at this a while, do you think it's truly worth adding that step to your routine?

Yeah I always filter mine — it's cheap peace of mind and makes me feel a lot better about using them over an extended period.

Honestly it's absolutely worth it to me. Once you reconstitute a powder, any bacteria or fungi that were hiding in there can start multiplying and make you seriously ill, but filtering into a clean vial removes that threat before it gets a chance to take hold. It's cheap and easy, so I really can't think of a good reason to skip it, especially given that sterility standards in the grey market aren't exactly something you can rely on.

Honestly it's not worth skipping — all it takes is one contaminated vial to ruin you for a while.
