Is it worth the effort?

The deeper I get into the peptide rabbit hole, the more I find myself wanting to learn about every aspect of the process. Lately I've been coming across a lot of talk about filtering reconstituted peptides before use, and I'm genuinely curious how many of you actually do it. For those who do — what made you start, and have you noticed any real difference? And for anyone who's been at this a while, do you think it's truly worth adding that step to your routine?

Once you reconstitute a powder, any bacteria or fungi that were hiding in there can start multiplying and make you seriously ill, but filtering into a clean vial removes that threat before it gets a chance to take hold. It's cheap and easy, so I really can't think of a good reason to skip it, especially given that sterility standards in the grey market aren't exactly something you can rely on.

And if you're already in the process of moving it into pen cartridges anyway, it's basically no extra effort at that point.

Just reconstituted a couple that came out cloudy for some reason, ran them through the filter, and they came out perfectly clear.
