Just read about a physician in Utah who got indicted over this. The accusation is that he was sourcing tirzepatide, semaglutide, retatrutide, and NAD+ via a middleman in China, then slapping his own labels onto the vials and passing them to his clinic staff to distribute to patients.

Per the DOJ, over 200 patients ended up receiving these products, and a lot of them probably had no clue about the real origin.

Reading something like this really makes me think about how much blind faith people put into random online peptide sellers without ever actually checking what's sitting in the vial.

So I'm curious — have any of you actually tested or verified something you ordered on your own, or do you generally just trust whoever you're buying from?

Honestly kind of ironic when you think about it — a huge chunk of medicine worldwide is already sourced from places like India and China anyway, the NHS included. Only in a country with a completely privatized healthcare system would you get prosecuted for sourcing drugs "incorrectly" while the actual system is built around monopolies and price gouging.
