About to jump into my first run with a CJC 1295 + Ipamorelin 10mg blend and I want to nail down the dosing before I do anything.

I keep seeing 200mcg thrown around as the standard dose, but I can't figure out whether that means 200mcg of each peptide separately or 200mcg total of the combined blend. That distinction matters a lot and nobody seems to spell it out clearly.

My reconstitution is 3ml of bac water into the 10mg blend vial. Based on that, my friend is telling me to pull 12 units on the slin pin, which is what feels right to me too. The problem is every peptide calculator I plug the numbers into spits out 6 units instead. My best guess is those calculators are doing the math on a single peptide at a time rather than accounting for the fact that this is a pre-mixed blend with both compounds together — but I'm honestly not 100% sure that's what's happening.

Has anyone used one of these blends and can clear this up? I'm fairly confident 12 units is the correct draw but the calculators have me second-guessing myself and I'd love a straight answer from someone who's actually been through it.

Just to clarify — are you working with CJC that has DAC in it?

A 10mg CJC/Ipa blend is typically 5mg of each, so your math checks out — 3mL of BAC water gives you 1.67mg/mL per peptide, and 12 units on the syringe lands you right at 200mcg of each. When calculating blends like this, just use the mg amount for one peptide (5mg in this case) since they're equal. Honestly, I'd recommend running the numbers yourself a few times for other doses like 100mcg and 250mcg, then cross-checking against a peptide calculator until your math consistently matches — that way you'll never second-guess your doses.
