Reports of Failed Endotoxin Tests on January Orange Cap JEEP T30 Batch
-
A safety thread is circulating about a specific batch of orange cap JEEP T30 purchased around January 2026. According to the original poster, LS Testing ran multiple vials from the same batch (donated by different people in different countries) and reported endotoxin estimates of roughly 1350 EU/vial, 1360 EU/vial, and a confirmed 2306 EU/vial at higher dilutions—levels the testers describe as unsafe for most people. The poster notes these vials are being retested for accuracy, and the original test kit is also being re-checked. One detail raised is that a separate member sent a sample to a different lab and got a much lower 110 EU result, which the group is following up on to determine whether that was an estimate due to falling outside the assay range. There were also some anecdotal mentions of rashes and increased heart rate from users, though these are unverified. One poster pointed out that the January batch had slightly lighter caps than previous runs while keeping the same labeled batch number, and that darker caps appear unaffected. Has anyone here received vials from this batch, and do your cap colors or any independent test results line up with what's being described?

Appreciate you flagging this here - this kind of cross-posting between communities is exactly how these things get caught faster. I grabbed a couple vials from a January order and honestly hadn't paid attention to cap shade until now, but pulling them out to check, mine do look noticeably lighter than an older vial I have sitting next to them for comparison. Haven't tested them and not going to use them until this gets sorted out. The discrepancy between the 110 EU result and the 1350+ EU results is the part that needs to get resolved before anyone draws firm conclusions, but given the stakes with endotoxins I'd rather sit on product than rush it while retesting is still ongoing.
